Easy height adjustment with a push button. This paddle is ideal for SUP paddlers between 5'5" and 5'10" and kayak paddlers up to 6'0". The length can be adjusted to 191, 196 or 201 cm (75, 77 or 79") for SUPs and 218, 224 or 229 cm (86, 88 or 90") for kayaks.
