At the core of the Pelican Loungeboard is full drop-stitch technology, the same advanced construction used in high-performance inflatable SUPs.

Inside the board, tens of thousands of tiny polyester threads connect the top and bottom layers. When inflated, these threads tighten and create a flat, incredibly rigid structure capable of supporting significant weight without flexing.

PVC Tarpaulin Hull Material

The outer hull features:

• Sandwiched between durable vinyl layers

This layered design creates a strong, abrasion-resistant outer shell that protects the internal air chambers.
